Application of CO2 and O2 at the wastewater treatment plant allows a highly effective and safe biological process

CO2 is used for the pH control in mills where alkaline effluent replace strong acids. CO2 provides a better control of the increasement thus the efficiency of the treatment station allowing a greater extraction of the BOD (Biological Oxigen Demand) during the secondary treatment of the effluent.

The use of O2 in aerobic biological treatment increases the capacity of the plant with low power consumption, mainly for high temperature effluents.
