Sanarc®

Simplicity, speed and finish. Gas mixtures designed to increase productivity and the quality of processes.

Special blends for a special process

Welding is a special process and requires a specific gas mixture for each process and material. However, even the same process can be customized by the customer and requires further specificity. Only a complete range, such as that which Nippon Gases is able to provide, meets the specific needs of each customer in terms of productivity, ease of use and ease of cleaning, reducing the impact of subsequent processing and making this process more economical compared to other joining processes.

Sanarc® Easy

Sanarc® Easy

Working with these gases is easy because they make the weld bead clean and well-blended, reducing the need for further processing.

Sanarc® Flash

Sanarc® Flash

A product family that increases productivity by generating a energetically strong arc and reducing the HAZ as a consequence of higher processing speed.

Sanarc® Perfect

Sanarc® Perfect

A product line that we can describe as special due to the specificity of the materials for which they were developed, such as galvanized steel, duplex steels, and many others, while maintaining welding conditions perfectly suited to the requirements.

Every single material requires a specific shielding gas.

The influence of gases in the welding process

The primary function of welding gases is to protect the molten metal during the process, but not only that.

Since different materials require specific gas mixtures, different welding processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG, Plasma, and Laser also demand specific characteristics of the shielding gas. Through Nippon Gases’ wide range of products, the most suitable solution can be found for the material/welding process combination.
