Special blends for a special process
Welding is a special process and requires a specific gas mixture for each process and material. However, even the same process can be customized by the customer and requires further specificity. Only a complete range, such as that which Nippon Gases is able to provide, meets the specific needs of each customer in terms of productivity, ease of use and ease of cleaning, reducing the impact of subsequent processing and making this process more economical compared to other joining processes.

The influence of gases in the welding process
The primary function of welding gases is to protect the molten metal during the process, but not only that.
Since different materials require specific gas mixtures, different welding processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG, Plasma, and Laser also demand specific characteristics of the shielding gas.
