A1 HFO refrigerant blend
R-513A is suitable for use instead of R-134a in chillers and industrial and centralised systems operating at medium temperatures, and as an intermediate fluid in hybrid cascade systems. It has similar performance capabilities as R-134a. It is safe and nonflammable, and it is an azeotropic mixture with zero glide values, which makes it suitable for use in systems with a centrifugal compressor and a flooded evaporator. It does not require the replacement of any system component, lubricant (POE) or seal.
