A2L HFO refrigerant blend
R-454B is a replacement for R-410A in new residential and centralised air-conditioning systems, with performance capabilities similar to, and, in some cases, even higher in terms of efficiency than those of R-410A. Mildly flammable, it makes possible using bigger refrigerant charges compared to flammable gases, and it can be used in full safety in keeping with the applicable regulations and codes.
