Nippon Sanso strengthens Dry Ice and cold-chain capabilities in the UK through new acquisition

Nippon Sanso in Europe has completed, through its UK subsidiary Nippon Sanso UK Ltd, the acquisition of Ashe Buchanan Associates Ltd, the holding company for Chillistick Ltd and Frozen Delivered Ltd.

The transaction strengthens Nippon Sanso UK’s position in the dry ice market while adding specialist temperature-controlled fulfillment capabilities through Frozen Delivered. Together, the businesses bring complementary expertise across dry ice production, frozen storage, order fulfillment and last-mile delivery enabling customers to access broader support across the cold chain.
