The company reports decreases of 44% in water consumption, 24% in waste generation and over 40% in GHG emissions.

Madrid. 23 September 2026. Nippon Sanso in Europe, part of Nippon Sanso Holdings Group, a global leader in industrial and medical gases, has released its Sustainability Report 2026, a non-financial report including the company’s sustainability performance as well as other non-financial achievements for Fiscal Year Ending March 31st 2026. The results reflect its consistent commitment to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives across the organisation.

The company’s unwavering commitment to sustainability is evident both its internal operations and its support to customers’ carbon neutrality journeys. The Sustainability Report 2026 highlights a 44% reduction in water consumption, a 24% decrease in waste generation and over 40% lower in Greenhouse Gas emissions in Europe. The report also shows that 39% of the company’s energy consumption comes from renewable energy consumption.

Alongside its environmental achievements, the report highlights the company’s focus on people excellence. Women represented 30.9% of the workforce and 34.3% of managerial positions. More than 100 community initiatives engaged employees across Europe. Both clients’ and employees’ safety remained a top priority throughout the year, and this commitment was recognised by EIGA with the “Company Safety Award”.
